Sarah has been working in reception for over 15 years. Consequently, she has a wealth of information and sound advice. Sarah also helps organise insurance claims so for most insurance enquiries she is the best person to ask. |

Jenny is a part time receptionist at Usk and has been an unwavering member of the team since 2004. |

Rob started in 2005. He works as a receptionist and is in charge of the product ordering for the three surgeries. |

Judy is the Pontypool Surgery receptionist. When not found at Pontypool she helps at Usk and takes great pride in maintaining the surgery grounds. |

Rachel is the most recent addition to reception. However, she has fitted in so well that its like she has always been with us. |
 | Jane Middle
Jane is one of the main receptionists for the Caerleon surgery and mostly works the morning shifts and Wednesday all day. Jane is a keen gun dog trainer and you can often find one of her companions keeping her company behind the desk. |
| Carolyn Thomas
Carolyn has been a receptionist at Caerleon since its inception in 1991 and, although officially retired, still returns for weekday afternoons and evening duties there. |
